We want you to be 100% happy with your unique Hellas On Wheels gear. Because every item is custom-made just for you, our policy is tailored to the Print-on-Demand (POD) nature of our business.
Our Guarantee: Replacements for Errors (Physical Products)
As a Print-on-Demand business, we do not hold inventory. We only offer replacements or refunds for misprinted, damaged, or defective physical items.
If there is any issue with the print quality or damage, we will send a replacement immediately, no return required.
Eligible Claims (What We Cover for Physical Products)
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
1.The product is misprinted: The design is clearly flawed, crooked, or the wrong color.
2.The product is damaged: The item arrived torn, broken, or otherwise damaged during shipping.
3.The product is defective: The item has a manufacturing flaw (e.g., a hole in the fabric, broken zipper).
4.The wrong item was sent: You received a completely different product or size than what you ordered.
How to Submit a Claim (Physical Products)
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
1.Contact Us: Email us immediately at HellasOnWheels@gmail.com with the subject line: CLAIM: Order #[Your Order Number].
2.Provide Proof: Please include clear photos of the damage, misprint, or defect. Photos are mandatory for us to process a claim with our production partner.
3.Resolution: Once we confirm the error, we will immediately process a replacement order at no cost to you, or issue a full refund.
Non-Eligible Claims (What We Do Not Cover)
Because your item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:
•Buyer's Remorse: You simply changed your mind or no longer want the item.
•Incorrect Sizing: We cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please consult our detailed sizing chart on the product page before ordering.
•Incorrect Address: Orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
•Minor Color Differences: Slight variations in color between the product image on your screen and the final printed product.
Digital Product Policy (Downloads)
All sales of digital downloadable products are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete and the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please ensure you have read the product description and system requirements carefully before purchasing.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges
We understand that holiday gift-giving can be tricky. We strongly encourage you to check our sizing charts carefully. Our 30-day claim window applies to all holiday purchases.
Return Address
As a Print-on-Demand business, we do not have a physical warehouse to accept returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the return address on the package. Contact us first, and we will guide you through the replacement process.
